Mail & Parcel declares that all sales are final. 

Mail & Parcel will not be held responsible for damaged or lost shipments.  ALL packaging is done at the sender's risk.  It is the responsibility of the customer to retain the tracking information for each shipment.  Please see our "Packaging Guidelines" page to see recommended packaging information.  Please be absolutely sure that you have packaged your item(s) in the recommended manner.  If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged please contact Mail & Parcel within 7 days of the delivery so that a claim can be filed with the appropriate carrier.  You will need to retain ALL packaging materials and have it as close to the way it was received, have a description of the product as well as pictures if available, a description of the way it was packaged, proof of value, and serial numbers if applicable.  It may be necessary for the carrier to pick the package up for inspection.  IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO KEEP THE MERCHANDISE, ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INCLUDING CARTONS & CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE UNTIL THE CLAIM RESOLUTION PROCESS IS COMPLETE!  If your claim is approved by the carrier, the carrier will send a check to Mail & Parcel and then you will receive a check from Mail & Parcel.  Please note that Mail & Parcel will not refund any money until the claim has been approved and Mail & Parcel has received payment from the carrier for the claim. 

Mail & Parcel reserves the right to inspect any package to insure packaging is within packaging requirements as well as to ensure there are no hazardous materials.  Please be advised that we are required by our insurance to inspect all packages that are insured over the amount of $500.
